The existing structure was built incorrectly/ not up to code & the building had a very musty smell. ~Remove entire roof, install 2" furring strips to raise the sheathing and allow air circulation. ~Install new sheathing ~Install felt paper, 3-Tab roofing, & ridge vent ~Install new cedar 8 " bevel siding on front & T_111 siding on the rest of the structure. ~Install 5 new collar ties to stifen the building ~Install structural ties | |||||||||||||||||||||||
